I coach professionals to communicate with impact and navigate their careers with confidence. Many of my clients are technical experts, highly capable in their field, but working in environments where visibility, influence, and knowing how to position themselves doesn't come automatically. If English isn't your first language or you're building a career in a new context (especially with AI changing the landscape of your work), I understand the extra layer that adds.
In my sessions, we work on:
• Communicating clearly and concisely under pressure including with c-suite
• Structuring your thinking so your message lands
• Building executive presence and influence
• Preparing for presentations, interviews and difficult conversations
• Navigating promotions, leadership transitions, and career positioning
