About Xinyu
As a fitness enthusiast with four years of gym experience, I’m passionate about strength training and firmly believe it’s one of the best ways to improve both physique and confidence. Safety and stability are always my top priorities. I believe solid knowledge is the foundation of effective workouts and key to a long, healthy fitness journey. That being said, I’m pretty good with weights! Squat: 80 kg | Deadlift: 95 kg | Bench Press: 20 kg dumbbells (each hand)
