I have trained with Anthony for about 3-5 months. In that period, we have worked on calisthenics and weight training. The great thing with Anthony is that you can challenge ideas and methods. To me, this is a crucial part of the training; not everything can be universally adopted. The trainer must understand how to adapt for each individual. Great source of knowledge on all aspects of training, nutrition, rest, psychology, and mindset.

Anthony is an excellent fitness instructor who brings a lot of energy and motivation to every session. His workouts are well-structured, challenging, and adaptable to different fitness and body type. I met Anthony at the gym near my office, and he immediately noticed that my pull-up technique needed improvement.
