About Anastasia
Certified fitness coach with over 15 years of experience. Also a choreographer, dancer, and instructor in stretching, Pilates, and Zumba. Inspired by inspiring others. I graduated from the Dance Academy of Directing and Choreography in Ukraine, where I developed a deep understanding of movement, expression, and body awareness. Since then, I’ve worked across Europe as both a fitness trainer and choreographer, bringing energy, creativity, and passion into every class I lead.
