About Rachel

I’m a Tampa-based tutor with an Associate’s degree from Hillsborough Community College and over 15 years of experience teaching and training others. As a restaurant manager, I designed and led a structured training program for new employees, so I know how to break big ideas into simple, manageable steps. I’m patient, encouraging, and genuinely love those moments when something finally clicks for a student. As a mom, I also understand how important it is for kids to feel supported and confident. I’ll meet you where you are and help you get where you want to be.

About the lesson

My lessons are built around you: your pace, your goals, and the way you learn best. We’ll start by finding exactly where you’re getting stuck, then break it down step by step until it clicks. I use real-life examples, practice problems, and plenty of encouragement, because confidence matters as much as getting the right answer. Whether you need homework help, test prep, or stronger writing and reasoning skills, every session is patient, supportive, and focused on real progress you can see.
