About Tshepang
I am currently a Computer Science student at the University of Cape Town, with a strong academic background in Mathematics and Physical Sciences. I have consistently performed well in these subjects and have also achieved first place in a TUT Engineering competition in my matric, demonstrating both my problem-solving ability and practical understanding.
I take a professional and structured approach to tutoring, focusing on helping students understand concepts clearly and improve their academic performance. I am reliable, patient, and committed to creating a focused environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and working through challenges.
My teaching style is tailored to each student, with an emphasis on building strong foundations and improving exam performance through practice and past paper questions. I aim to help students not only understand their work but also gain the confidence to solve problems independently.

I offer structured and results-focused tutoring in Mathematics and Physical Sciences for high school students (Grades 8–12). As a UCT Computer Science student, I have a strong academic foundation and understand how to break down complex concepts into simple, manageable steps.
My teaching approach focuses on clarity, practice, and exam performance. I don’t just explain theory; I make sure students can apply it confidently in tests and exams. I identify weak areas early and focus on improving those through targeted exercises and past paper questions.
Lessons are interactive and tailored to each student’s level. A typical session includes revising key concepts, working through examples together, and practicing exam-style questions to build confidence and accuracy. I also share tips on problem-solving techniques and how to approach different question types efficiently.
I teach in English and can adapt my pace depending on the student’s understanding to ensure steady progress.
