About Emma

I am a student in terminal S. Sport is part of me! I have been practicing Crossfit for 2 years now, which follows my 8 years of dancing and 2 years of tennis. I want to become a sports coach in the future, it will complement the experience I already have thanks to the training I give in the gym

About the lesson

I base my lessons on the establishment of an action plan according to the goal of the future seasoned athlete! A typical court begins with a dynamic warm-up, most of the time the music in the background will accompany us. Then the training will come. All this will be closed by stretching.
