Perfect! Nicolas est un excellent coach très pédagogue. Il explique parfaitement les exercices, veille à ce que l'on exécute les exercices en toute sécurité. Il sait motiver et nous aide à sortir de notre zone de confort. Trés bon relationnel sachant encourager.
