About Mia
I’m a first year student studying at Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Actuarial Studies and Science with Mathematics major. I graduated HSC last year with achieved band 6s in 3U Math and I have a solid foundation in mathematics and am excited about tailoring lessons to suit different learning styles. I am a passionate and dedicated individual with a strong interest in conveying knowledge to younger students and helping them succeed in Mathematics performances.

- Tutoring mathematics for students in primary and secondary school from 6-15. In Vietnam, I had to pass the entrance examination to pursue my selective high school with a high level of the test. Then, coming to Australia, I achieved the results of HSC Math Advanced and Extension 1 with band 6s.
- Currently, I'm studying Actuarial Studies that is a statistical and financial course applying professional Math understanding. My major is Math that I have lots of study experiences and methods to prepare in secondary and lower school. I believe my deep mathematic knowledge and learning experiences can help students who struggle with mathematics at any levels, especially preparing for exams and HSC.
- The length of a lesson will be 1.5 - 2.0 hours depending on student arrangement. My teaching methodology is firstly generalizing the knowledge in summary and start as much as exercises to get familiar with the knowledge and logic to solve the problems.
