About Urwah
I want to tutor because I want my clients to strive and gain greater knowledge and grades in English. I have a passion for English and am studying Psychology in Education BSc which includes teacher training. Thus, I love to teach and see my clients improve their work and become confident in their capabilities. All of my previous clients from Tutorface and volunteer tutoring became confident in English and got high As and B grades.

My approach to tutoring is that all my clients (for ages 10-18) must understand the content and revisit it often to ensure that their information is retained. My lesson length is 1 hour and I go through past paper exam questions in depth and detail, themes, language features and analysis alongside context to gain higher grades of As and Bs. My qualification consists of a Grade 8 in English Language at GCSE level and a Grade B in English Language and Literature at A-levels. My experience consists of being a part-time tutor for English at Tutorface where I help students get high grades and understand their work more deeply.
