I have played a range of sports my whole life, but am currently committed to cricket in addition to strength and conditioning workouts. I want to use my knowledge of diet exercise to help other people and support better health.

I am committed to building a client-centric fitness programme, supported by my own guidance to help people of all ages achieve their fitness goals. I will use my knowledge of the human body and personal experience to support science-based workouts that are designed for maximum efficiency and minimum injury risk. I plan to use a flexible model that allows clients a workout schedule based on their availability, but also ensures effective use of available time.
