About Harshitha
I am a second year university student, currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Economics at the University of Nottingham. I wish to teach maths because I personally find the subject very fun and interesting. I understand that the subject can be quite scary but I can help students enjoy numbers as much as I do. I have an A* in A-level maths and also have modules of maths in my degree so I am confident to teach the subject. Furthermore, as a student I feel like I can better empathise with younger students who are struggling with maths and hopefully students will prefer learning from me.

I believe in teaching students based off what they are struggling with in school. If you present a topic a week ahead of class then I can prepare a class catering to your needs. I understand that it is important to teach a class according to the student instead of teaching topics according to myself. Having previously mentored in my school, I have experience in teaching maths in a simplified way which can make the subject fun and interesting to someone who finds it daunting.
