First, I observe the student in the trial class. Based on that I frame my routine. I include fun-filled activities, quizzes and keep the classes interactive. I approach the topics by starting from the basics and am completely open and welcoming to doubts and questions. Revisions will be held and tests will be conducted periodically, if necessary. My ultimate aim is to make the student feel comfortable and confident.

She has a very good vocabulary has a very good way of speaking English does not complicate sentences by using tough words she would be very interactive and friendly with the students and her command over language is also very good not very strict not very lenient a balanced teacher she would be....
