I have worked as an intensive in-home counselor for children with mental health struggles and I prioritize making my clients/ students feel heard and understood and creating lesson plans that work for them as an individual. I graduated from undergraduate school with a degree in Psychology and minors in biology and youth justice.

I cater my lesson plans based off parent and student goals as well as student needs. I provide support, absolute positive-regard, and encouragement while also pushing student and building confidence on the subject.
I often utilize video demonstrations and fun activities to create a positive association with learning the challenging content for the student.
