About Tessa
I am a dedicated Chemistry tutor with a Master’s in Radiochemistry and over 2 years of teaching experience. My focus is on food chemistry and nutritional science. I help students see how chemistry plays a role in what we eat every day.
I teach macromolecules and their importance in nutrition. I also explain food additives and their purpose in food products. Metabolic reactions are taught using simple examples.
I include dietary analysis and cooking chemistry in my lessons. Students learn how reactions happen while preparing food. This makes learning practical and interesting.
I aim to make chemistry meaningful and easy to understand. Together, we can explore the science behind healthy eating and cooking.
