About Kathleen
I have 10 years of teaching experience and hold a Master of Arts in Mathematics Education. Throughout my career, I have helped learners improve mathematical understanding through individualized instruction, supportive mentoring, and carefully structured lessons that encourage curiosity and independent thinking.
One learner initially struggled with interpreting statistical distributions because recognizing patterns within datasets required stronger analytical reasoning. Through practical data investigations, visual representations, and structured exercises, the student gradually built confidence and achieved excellent results in mathematics assessments.
I believe mathematics develops creativity, resilience, precision, logical reasoning, and lifelong curiosity that prepare students for success in higher education and professional careers. My teaching philosophy focuses on helping students understand mathematical concepts through logical reasoning, meaningful practice, and practical application rather than memorization.
