Have ten years of experience and have helped every step of these processes with friends, acquaintances and many who have been in need.

My teaching method is ensuring there is trust first, before asking pertinent questions that unravel the layers around hurt/conflict/life problems. Then after discussing the root of these layers, working out challenging but manageable steps over time to heal ourselves, become comfortable with ourselves and those who we may have conflict with.
