About Valentin
French as a Foreign Language teacher since 2019, I support anyone who wants to start learning or improve their French, whatever their goals (personal, academic, professional, or administrative).
I was born and raised near Paris, a stone’s throw away from the Thoiry Zoo - I could hear the lions roaring from my bedroom!
I studied at three different institutions: Literature preparatory class at Lycée Michelet (Vanves), Modern Literature with a Latin option at Toulouse Jean Jaurès University, and FLE at Grenoble Alpes University.
I’m passionate about international linguistics and literature, and I’m also interested in well-being practices such as yoga and mindfulness, which help me create a calm, motivating learning environment.

My approach is based on your level and goals, and begins with an introductory session to map out a personalized progression plan together.
My pedagogy combines written and oral expression and comprehension (the four essential skills for any language learning). Grammar, vocabulary, phonetics, or local culture: we'll choose together what’s on the menu!
I also prepare students for official DELF, DALF, TCF, and TEF exams in line with CEFR standards (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).

Did someone say superprof? Cause that’s what Valentin is! Attentive to my needs and demands (I have lots of questions), he comes up with interesting ways to practice the language (français) and make it fun. Easy to talk to and patient I look forward to my classes every week.
