We start out with a Career Audit & Strategy Session that gives you the materials, resources and action plan you need so you can go about your job search with clarity and confidence. I help you craft a personal pitch creation (for interviews and networking), review your resume and rewrite if necessary, review your LinkedIn profile in order to optimize it. In addition to your resume, I also craft your job search materials (customized templates for cover letters, follow-ups, teach you how to prep for interviews, how to handle salary negotiations I also give you a job search roadmap that outlines your job search goal and the strategic plan with specifics on how to achieve it (target industries, companies, people, where to find them, how to reach out and how often, weekly metrics, daily to-do's), as well as networking reachout email templates and a job search time management ebook, video modules and other job search resources.
