I’m a singing tutor with over 10 years of experience and a Bachelor of Arts in Music, specializing in voice. I provide personalized lessons tailored to each student’s unique needs, whether they are school kids, college students, or adult and professional learners. My teaching covers a wide range of styles including classical, pop, movie soundtracks, and folk singing. I believe every voice is special and deserves to be nurtured with care. My lessons focus on safe vocal techniques to protect your voice while helping you grow stronger and more flexible. I also emphasize ear training, harmony, improvisation, and music theory to build a well-rounded musical foundation. For The Soloist in Training, the focus is on refining pitch perfection and expressiveness to stand out on stage. We work on challenging songs across various genres—pop, jazz, and ballads—to build versatility and emotional connection. Different styles push their musicality and help them find their unique voice. Confidence is boosted through regular performance practice, both live and recorded.
For The Adult Beginner, the approach is gentle but effective. We start with simple, familiar songs to develop pitch accuracy and gradually introduce more expressive techniques. Exploring different genres, like folk, blues, and easy pop, keeps lessons fun and broadens musical understanding. Building confidence comes from small wins and consistent progress.
Modern tech tools play a big role for both personas. Recording software lets students hear themselves objectively, tracking subtle improvements. Ear training apps sharpen pitch recognition, making singing more intuitive. Pitch correction tools offer instant feedback, helping correct mistakes and develop better control.
