About Adriana
I am a Certified Weight Loss Coach, as well as a Certified Holistic Nutrition Coach. But along the way, I became aware that what I learned in Nutrition School did not work for many people (including myself). So I went on a quest to find out how to finally get healthy, stop intense cravings, and to lose weight without a huge amount of effort. I now teach that to my clients.

This is a program that is delivered by email, as well as a live Q&A session weekly. Each week you are taught what to do, to improve your health. With the live Q & A, you can ask questions about what you are struggling with, and I can help you live. Or if you can't make it live, I can also help you out by email. I aim to help my clients, finally be free of the cravings that sabotage their weight loss success.
