About Walter
I am a grad student and an English teacher at Penn State University. I was once a high school drop out, so I know what it is like to struggle. If you need help in academic writing, I have taught Rhetoric and Comp. If it's creative writing, I write poetry and am published. If you just need motivation and guidance, I would love to help you find that.

English and writing is just one skill and, as I tell my students, there are plenty of things that you are better at than me. Together, we can unlearn the rules that have hindered you and help you to utilize the tools that you excel at in order to express yourself better. No matter the purpose or assignment, we will work so that it makes sense to you conceptually so that you can apply your personal voice to accomplishing it.
