About Vicky
I am currently a 6th grade teacher, studied modern languages and business communication and taught Dutch to non-native speakers for three years. I've been working as a teacher for 12 years. Before that, I worked in an international transport company. Languages are my passion.

I think it is important that students get a feel for the language they are learning. I try to make links with their native language and I try to explain how the language works. Grammar is very important, but I always try to present it in a meaningful context. The best way to learn a language is to use it. I try to provoke this as much as possible in my students.
