I have a degree of Teacher of Physical Education, NLP Practitioner Certificate, Coaching Certificate and others. I have been working as Personal Trainer for 18 years, Professional Speaker in Health, fitness and business development among others subjects for 10 years and as Life Coach and tutor for 8 years. I have develop many people personally and in groups to become better and happier.

I coach by teaching the fundaments of NLP and Coaching to allow my clients to understand WHY and HOW his/her mind operates. From that point the client can observe his/her behaviors and start to mindfully change. We will analyze situations together and reinforce the positive emotions from them and how to keep those. I give my client some tasks to be done and walk him through this journey of self development and mindfulness to achieve his well being and self satisfaction.
