About Laura
I am a teacher of 12 years, was assistant head and lead for sixth form.
I left the full time world of teaching in 2019 in order to spend more time with my own children.
I have taught hundreds of students over the years and supported them to get into top universities.
I have a social science degree and was 0.2 marks from a first class - which I am only slightly devastated about.

I am an easy to approach teacher - the only who earned your respect by planning good lessons and marked your work in a timely way so that you knew you and your work, your goals and plans were all valuable to me.
I try to make everything relatable to ensure its easily remembered - I cater art for visual learners (as i am one myself) lots of bright colours, highlighters, sticky notes and coloured pens!
