About Erik
I am NASM certified and working to get specialized degrees for performance enhancement, corrective exercise, and athletic training. I specialize in fast twitch muscle acceleration and quickness. And in sports training, I have much experience with people who are non-athletes as well and like a more laid back lifestyle to look and feel better at work, and when you might want to go out and dress up!

My workouts consist of core stability and strength as the focal point, with a weak, unstable core you have an unstable and painful daily life. From pelvic tilt issues, to non engaging muscles, I help diagnose those things and will formulate a mobility/strength plan to move you forward to be able to shed fat, and gain muscle in an efficient and healthy way. I also offer meal prep plans for dietary issues as well!
