About Simeon
I am an enthusiastic and excited musician who plays piano, clarinet, percussion and bass.
I currently have:
Grade 4 Clarinet (abrsm),
Grade 6 Drums (Rockschool),
Grade 5 Music Theory with distinction (abrsm).
I also achieved an A in GCSE Music.
With all these qualifications I have a confident understanding of all terminology needed and can read almost all sheet music.

My methodology is focused around the syllabus, test and grading criteria. Looking into each of the topics used in the exams, we go in depth, getting a comprehensive understanding of how and why that topic works. Whilst we are learning about individual topics, we also learn all the keywords and their definitions with consistent tests throughout the tutoring period. Finally we look over lots of past papers, understanding the wording of questions and their grading criteria.
