About Amanda
I started tutoring as a junior in high school. I knew from my first session that I would be a teacher. During the time that I was earning my Bachelor's degree, I continued to tutor. I have homeschooled, taught preschool, elementary, tutored one on one, taught ESL online, and have been a student success facilitator. There is no aspect of teaching that I do not absolutely love! I can't imagine doing anything else!

Teaching is my passion! When I was 10 years old, I had a teacher that totally changed my life. She cultivated a love for learning in my life, and I have not stopped looking for ways to further my learning since. I absolutely love teaching elementary students. I have also taught preschool and high school. My favorite subjects to teach are reading and math.
