About Muhammad
Teachers must be adaptable and willing to change in order to succeed in an ever-changing educational environment. The student body changes from year to year, the class curriculum changes, new teaching technologies are introduced, crises or pandemics occur, and new administrators arrive with different expectations than those who came before them. Students and their parents also arrive each year with shifting expectations about what a teacher can or should accomplish during the school year. The most effective teachers are adaptable and flexible enough to change with the times. Thats the quality I possess

Although many experts can – and do – express their views on the nature of an effective classroom, anyone who has been to school and experienced the full range of teachers, from those who excel at their craft to those who barely scrape by, can probably lay out the main characteristics that distinguish the best teachers.
An effective teacher in the classroom is one who:
Maintains student interest: This elusive skill is essential for running an effective classroom. Disinterested students have a more difficult time learning and, in general, require more time and attention from staff if they are to maintain an adequate level of motivation. The ability to keep a class engaged ranges from the preparation of interesting materials to the modulation of a teacher's voice and overall presentation.
Knowledge of the learning process: Educators who have a good understanding of how students learn can tailor their assistance to each student. Knowledge of the learning process at various ages and stages of the students' intellectual development is especially valuable. Understanding the learning process is inextricably linked to familiarity with the educational rubric in use at a given institution.
Dedication: It may go without saying, but a teacher who is deeply committed to the task of education will provide inspiration, stimulation, and focus that more world-weary educators may struggle to provide. There are numerous stories of teachers going "above and beyond" to ensure that their students have the tools and resources they need to get through the school year.
The first lesson will be a trial, and then it will be divided into 1 hour classes 5 times a week according to the personal syllabus.

This letter offers my complete support of Muhammad Abubakar . I’ve known John for two years since uni . In this course, muhammad wrote three pieces of short fiction for me, and I recall that in one of them in particular his revisions after a group discussion of his work were substantial and well-focused. I also recall that John was one of those few I could turn to when I needed to spark discussion; he was never lethargic, uninterested, or unprepared, but always willingly thoughtful and articulate. He provided me with a touchstone for what was best in the class. Since muhammad took the class he has kept in touch with me, in particular by seeking my advice on a literary paper he was writing last year and by attending a fiction reading that I gave recently. Based on these interactions, over the last two years I have come to see John as a bright, personable, energetic, and mature person with a concrete, ongoing, well-rooted interest in teaching. As I glance over his credentials that he gave me when he asked me to write him a letter of reference, I am struck by just how much he has already done in various positions—whether volunteer or paid—and what this reflects about his work ethic. His work in Outward Bound programs, athletics, and in six different part-time work positions just in the past two years while he was a full-time student, shows muhammad’s unfailing commitment to achieving his goals while developing himself as a person. And I see this same ideal—one that he wants to pass on to his future students—even in the careful wording of his career objective on his resume, where he speaks of helping students achieve their “academic, athletic, and social potential.” In short, it is clear to me that Muhammad Abubakar is and will continue to be devoted to becoming the best kind of educator. His college background and work ethic remind me very much of my own, and I respect what he has done and will do as a teacher. Thus, I recommend him highly.
