About Laura
I am a native English speaker from the North West of England. I have recently graduated from Newcastle University with a degree in Spanish and Portuguese, and I am a TEFL-certified English teacher. I am also familiar with IELTS exam process and am able to tutor IELTS students. I have recently started an MA in Translation too!
I have experience as a volunteer English tutor and I have worked as an online English tutor for 1 year, working with both adults and children. I am experienced in teaching English grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and conversation at all levels.

I am passionate and enthusiastic about teaching and learning, and am available to teach English at all levels in both a one-to-one setting and in small groups of up to 3 students.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Spanish, which has given me a lot of experience studying languages, so I know how to make language lessons fun and rewarding.
In my experience, the best lessons are interactive, dynamic, and involve a lot of opportunities for you to practise your skills! I will also make sure to tailor my teaching to your individual needs as a student and be patient, dependable, and approachable throughout your learning experience.
