About Cyrus
Hello,
My name is Cyrus. I graduated from university with a bachelor's degree in psychology and communications in 2025 and then completed a 120-hour TEFL course and began to teach English at a language center in Vietnam. In my free time, I like to paint, cook, play sports, and travel. I am a native English speaker and can speak limited German and some Indonesian. I am currently located in the United States but can figure out a schedule that works for any time zone. Given my teaching experience and academic studies, if you are excited to learn English, I might be the right teacher for you!

I met Cyrus as a co-worker. I worked alongside him at a language center in Vietnam, and from his students' enjoyment and quick progression, it is clear to me that Cyrus is a great teacher and would enthusiastically help you achieve whatever goal you have for learning English.
I met Cyrus while traveling. I am a native German speaker and knew some English but wasn't confident when speaking. Though I didn't formally take classes with Cyrus, he was an amazing teacher and helped me to largely improve my vocabulary and pronunciations. I can't recommend Cyrus enough as a teacher!
