About Claire
I am a 22 year old girl from Edinburgh, Scotland. I am currently doing a degree at University in International Hospitality Management and Spanish. Before starting university, I worked abroad in Spain teaching English to foreign students. I worked there for just under a year and gained a A-grade TEFL qualification. I taught an extremely wide range of ages both in school as well as privately out of school hours.

I go by my own method I like to call 2P's; Persistence & Patterns. I found that all of my students did well with repetition. This is correcting errors and understanding them, then repeating the correction in different ways, until it is right. Repetition and persistence of vocabulary, grammar, phrases etc helped my students immensely. Another method I like to use is patterns. I like to find memorable anagrams, songs, rhymes or anything similar that help people remember gramatical rules, spellings, vocabulary etc; something that proved very popular with my students.
