About April
I've taught English as a full-time teacher in Shanghai before I completed a law conversion. I hold an undergraduate degree in History from the University of Nottingham in the UK and a Masters degree from the University of Law. I am extremely enthusiastic about learning and I am passionate about sharing this interest of mine to my students. I often read lots of English books and stay up to date with current affairs around the world. I believe that we are put on this earth to learn something new every day, whether it is at school or in our day to day jobs. I hope to share this passion of mine as an experience with my students.

My usual method of teaching involves the use of flash-cards, songs, visual diagrams and role-playing to to illustrate new vocabulary. The typical length of a lesson will be between 40 minutes to one hour, depending on your preference. The difficulty of my lessons depends on different abilities, from primary school children to adults. Please do get in touch for further information.
