About Bintu
This is my story
I’ve always loved sports, but for a long time I struggled to make time for them. Growing up, I was size 16, and although I loved creating my own personal style, my size often limited how freely I could express myself. I didn’t feel like the person I knew I could be.
So I made a decision—one small choice that changed everything. I created time for movement. I committed to exercise. And slowly, my body responded. My energy rose. My sleep improved. I felt lighter, not just physically, but mentally.
I adjusted my diet, paid attention to my habits, and watched my confidence grow. That’s when I learned something powerful: weight management, stress management, poor sleep, health and fitness aren’t quick fixes. They’re a journey. A lifestyle. And I am living proof that the journey is worth it.
