I met Arianna when I signed up for Italian lessons with an organisation called Classical Education Forum firstly as a "terrified" learner and subsequently as a beginner. She has a very pleasant personality and her teaching style is very easy going. She was always ready to repeat and explain something when I didn’t understand and provided plenty of printed material to assist with my studies. I was always comfortable that I was in good hands `and being a native Italian she always took the opportunity to connect her teaching with relevant social background. It was a delight to be in her class and I would recommend her to anyone wishing to learn this language from the bottom up.

I started as a beginner with Arianna and took 1 hour, weekly lessons in a class of 8 people, for 2 years . I loved learning with her, as we gradually became confident speakers, picking up the grammar and learning about Italian culture and the way of life. Her lessons were fun and lively.

I met Arianna on Superprof and since have had several Italian lessons with her. She is very friendly and keen to get an understanding of what you personally would like out of your sessions so she can tailor them for you. Usually, we start off with some conversation in Italian and then move onto some exercises and new learnings before ending the session with a bit more conversation in Italian. Arianna is very good at making the lessons fun and has a good sense of humour. She is also good at assessing where your weaker points are and what needs to be worked on next. Arianna is very knowledgable about the finer points of Italian and has been teaching me all of the secret "rules" to getting Italian right. Arianna is also very flexible and has on many occasions been able to rearrange our lesson at quite short notice when something has cropped up. I would thoroughly recommend her for learning a language!
