About María

If you want to enjoy learning, then I will be there preparing a nice class for you. I am a 15-years experienced teacher (graduate and undergraduate levels). I love art history and I am a strong believer that if you draw it, you learn it.
I could teach you in Spanish or English from World History to Art History, or simply Spanish since I am a native speaker of that language.

About the lesson

I ask you what you want to learn about today and then I build a class for your interests!
My method could be described as student-centered. I consider learning from everyone's interests the best way. Student's curiosity is a great way to boost the learning process and enhance the experience of learning something new every day.
I use art (in all its expressions) to help students immerse in the subject the must learn. I try to make it fun and enjoyable. No one wants to be in a boring class!

Maria is more than a trustworthy teacher.

She is an amazing teacher. Prepare yourself to be mind blown with every single lesson, with every comment and work.

She is a true artist, creative and intuitive. She has been my teacher, my coworker, tutor and friend. And one of the biggest influences in my personal and professional life.

Besides being a serious academic professor, she is aware of the changes of the world and how different people, from different generations and places, learn about different matters.

Do not hesitate to ask for her advice or take any of her courses, it will be a invaluable experience.
