About Melody
Hi! I'm Melody, a 20 year old psychology undergraduate student from Manchester, studying in Nottingham. I am pursuing a career in clinical psychology and loved studying psychology at GCSE and A-level, despite it being hard work. I'm well aware of the struggles of a psychology course and feel I now have a reflective view of how best to tackle the content and revision, and would love to give someone a helping hand in getting great grades. My specialized interests in psychology are mental health and developmental disorders. Aside from psychology my interests include art, music, animals and food.

I believe that a patient, friendly and interactive approach to learning is important. I use research based teaching methods designed to improve memory and depth of learning e.g. drawing diagrams and active reading. I revised hard for my exams and wish there was someone there to tell me what I know now!
My lessons are flexible in length but working for too long can be counter productive so my maximum time teaching will be 2hrs.
I have achieved an A in GCSE psychology, an A (nearly A*) at A-Level, and am currently on track for a first in my degree. I often work with friends and have been told I'm patient and good at explaining concepts, alongside being incredibly hardworking!
I am happy to teach any age studying for GCSE/A-Level.
