About Courtney

My Name is Courtney and I pressured my degree in Applied social studies in social care because I want to make a difference to people that are faced with difficulties in relation to their personal life and work life and dealing with chronic illness

About the lesson

I have went through my own personal experiences with mental health difficulties and navigating life with personal challenges.

Through this I want to help others understand themselves and reach their potential of getting through and getting stronger.

I can help you come up with strategies to improve your mental health while balancing life’s stressors.

I am able to assist you in dealing with the stressors of managing a chronic illness and managing your own wellbeing with this from my own experiences from having endometriosis and a heart condition.

Sometimes having a tutor that understands how it feels can allow you to feel heard, but you are the centre of your learning and pace.

I am a third year student studying Applied Social Studies in Social Care, through this I have a particular interest in Psychology and sociology.
