About Sarp
Hello! I am Sarp, a third-year biological sciences student with a focus on immunology. I am from Turkey and have lived there throughout my life, and I'm now in Edinburgh for university. Studying biology, and especially being in the lab, is something I'm glad to be doing, and I hope to spend my career researching in the lab after graduation. I am used to taking pretty detailed notes for my classes, so I have experience in preparing for course material and reviewing the notes. I will do my best to make sure you leave each lesson confident in your abilities and knowledge on the topic, and I will try to answer all of your questions, finding out what the answers are if I do not have them at that moment.

I would prepare for the lecture by creating notes and finding resources for the specific topics requiring assistance, and the lesson would start with going over these, followed by trying to answer some questions on the topics and going over more resources if necessary. The lesson would generally take 45 minutes and 1 hour, depending on the student's needs. As for my tutoring experience, I previously tutored disadvantaged students during high school. The lessons are aimed at students either doing IB SL or HL Biology courses or undergraduate university students studying biology, genetics, or molecular / cellular biology.
