About Alessandra

Sporty since I was a child, a former fencing champion, graduated in law from Bocconi ... During university, I decided to invest in my passions, so i studied to become a personal trainer at the PT Italian Academy. Currently, I practice bodybuilding and I have achieved several masters in the field of fitness, specializing in:
- female fat loss,
- body recomposition
- natural bodybuilding
- functional training (free body).
- sports nutrition.
Each of us deserves to feel comfortable in front of the mirror, finding our self-esteem and the pleasure of training and feeling good!
