About Muhammed
I am a consistent gymer since 2018 and I won the title Mr Kollam, Kerala in 2022
I am a diligent, patient and capable individual who can inspire others to remain healthy.
I hav 7years experience of gym training and I love to keep myself as well as others to have to good lifestyle habits to keep their body and mind fit.
My main goals with the training are :
Body Building
Weight loss/gain
Muscle gaining
Provide Diet / Nutitional Counselling
Conduct One to one fitness goals
Apart from this I am a civil engineering student and i need to be in helpfull for the society
