About Tom
Tom trained at Guildford School of Acting before writing, directing and performing in several new plays that have been performed in the Ivy Arts Centre, Camden Fringe and TALOS Sci-Fi festival.
After delivering a national outreach project for Guildford School of Acting, Tom embarked upon a MA in Actor Training and Coaching at Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
Tom utilises his background in theatre-making when he trains actors, centering their creativity and agency to empower them as they develop their artistry.

Tom has an MA in Actor Training and Coaching from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. Here he developed a methodology based upon bringing out the creativity and agency of the actor.
Utilising techniques based in Viewpoints, Viola Spolin and Konstantin Stanislavski, Tom foregrounds the individuality of the student in their learning to empower them as they develop.
Tom has taught people of all ages, from 11 to 55, and specialises in further and higher education. Each lesson will be tailored towards the individual student, though usually a lesson will last between 45 and 90 minutes.
