Dear Student,

I am currently working as a Trade Risk Analyst for HSBC and really enjoy tutoring students as well as providing them with an insight into my role.

Having graduated from Queen Mary University with a First Class BSc in Mathematics with Statistics, as well as a master's in Financial Management from the University of Liverpool, I am more than eager to showcase my skill set to an exciting talented student.

I am also a fully qualified mathematics teacher, having trained at a reputable leading academy in london.
I can teach you the Ins and Outs of Mathematics and will ensure that the tutee will achieve the best Grade possible including an A*.

By being relatively young, parents often comment on how well I get on with their children. To me, rapport is the absolute foundational building block of successful tuition. With a proven track record of my students doing very well at both GCSE and A Level, it is clear my methods are effective. By achieving 14 GCSE's myself, completing GCSE in year 9, In addition, my A levels have reinforced this knowledge and given me a breadth of wisdom into the insight of perfecting examination techniques which I can, and have, passed to a plethora of my students. I understand what it takes to attain the highest marks possible; during university, my marks were ranked as some of the highest not only in my year but also in the university's history, with my 15,000 thesis being published.

About the lesson

To me teaching is a passion. I absolutely love teaching and tutoring. Instead of being a tutor as a last resort, teaching is my absolute first choice. want my students to be critical thinkers and combine logic with empathy to become independent, compassionate, lifelong learners. This begins with a teacher that values individuality that creates buy-in from the students. I engage my students and pull from them their initial thoughts and opinions, and together, we will shape them in a constructive manner.
