About Suzanna
I am a former banker and teacher. I trained in Mindfulness for stress reduction 6 years ago and it turned my life around. I am passionate about the positive impact of Mindfulness on mental wellbeing. I am married with university aged children and two miniature dachshunds.

I was trained by and follow a structured program designed by the charity Mindfulness in Schools. 10 x 60 min sessions delivered with some gentle ‘homework’ in the form of practising skills introduced in the sessions. Gentle and confidential approach.
