About Jose
From the age of 8 I have trained martial arts, soccer, baseball, basketball. During all this time I have learned many forms of training for bodybuilding, flexibility, cardiovascular resistance and of course I have also suffered many injuries. This last has helped me to adapt everything learned to a form of safe training where we will avoid any type of injury and also help us to achieve not only a defined and healthy body, but also notice that we gain confidence in ourselves as they progress the days.

This program is designed for people from 15 to 50 or 60 years old. I will teach you to train in your office, equipment or wherever you are, this is great if you are a very busy person and do not have time or just do not have enough space. I know it probably seems boring at first but trust me, we have to go step by step laying a foundation that will help you achieve your goal, I will not say final goal because this is a way of life, something that you have to adapt to your day to day and not leave as soon as you look good in the mirror.
