About Aeolius
I’m Aeolius — a Transformation Coach & Mentor with 20+ years of helping people who feel lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected find clarity, grounding, and real inner change.
My work is rooted in lived experience. I moved through years of chronic pain, depression, and confusion before reconnecting with purpose and wellbeing. That journey shapes the way I support others — with empathy, presence, and depth.
I’ve worked as a Yoga Therapist, Chronic Pain Specialist, Healing Artist, Personal Trainer, Retreat Leader, and Co-author of 108 Virtues of Love. These pathways taught me how mind, body, and emotions all weave together in transformation.
Today, I help clients release old patterns, understand themselves more clearly, and come home to who they truly are.
I’m also the host of the Aeolius Health Podcast, sharing conversations on healing, creativity, and emotional wellbeing.
