Hello! I am a holistic Life Coach, Shadow Work Therapist, Access Bars Practitioner, and intuitive Mokshapatam Reader. My practice is dedicated to helping individuals transition from standard personal narratives to true structural change, allowing them to decode behavioral loops, shift deep-seated mindsets, and consciously navigate their life paths.

Rather than just treating surface-level symptoms, I look at the complete architecture of your personal growth. Through Shadow Work, we map out recurring, unconscious patterns to understand what is organizing your protective responses. To ground this process, I utilize Mokshapatam—the ancient 72-box Vedic chart of consciousness. Moving beyond its simple perception as a traditional board game, we look closely at how the 7 chakras and various diagnostic patterns reflect your current choices, karmic blockages, and potential paths forward.

Complementing these deep-dive integration sessions, my work as an Access Bars Practitioner offers a gentle, energetic release to dissolve the mental clutter, limiting beliefs, and stress that keep those cycles locked in place.

2. Uncovering the Meaning Layer: Together, we identify the exact internal interpretations ("what this situation feels like it means about me") that keep the pattern locked in place.
3. Decoding the Adaptation: We look at your dominant protective mechanisms—whether your system relies on Approval, Control, Avoidance, or Attack strategies to navigate uncertainty or discomfort.
4. Recognizing Part Functions: Instead of judging your behaviors as personal flaws, we de-shame them by honoring how these protective parts have worked to keep you safe.
5. Integration Over Fixing: We map your complete shadow loops to create absolute clarity. By learning to see the structure of your system in real time, you build the internal distance needed to stop getting lost inside the cycle.
