About Gary
Hi! I'm someone who loves exploring new interests, learning about different cultures, and having conversations with people from all walks of life.
In my free time, I enjoy photography, hiking, and playing video games. I'm also currently learning Mandarin Chinese, both speaking and writing, which has given me an appreciation for how challenging yet rewarding learning a new language can be. I love discovering new foods, and I'm a big tea lover too!
I believe that learning a language is about more than just memorising words and grammar. It's about connecting with people, sharing ideas, and having the confidence to express yourself. I'd love to create a relaxed, friendly space where your child can practise English, chat about their interests, and feel comfortable being themselves.
I'm looking forward to meeting you and sharing some great conversations together!

My approach is to be a friendly conversation partner for your child, helping them build confidence in speaking English in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
Rather than traditional, structured lessons, our sessions focus on natural conversation, allowing your child to express themselves freely, explore new vocabulary, and become more comfortable communicating in English. I'll gently offer corrections and guidance where needed, helping them improve naturally without the pressure of getting everything right.
The aim is to make learning English feel enjoyable and effortless, giving your child the opportunity to practise, communicate, and grow in confidence at their own pace.
