About Allie
I am a college student majoring in Health Education and Promotion. I work part time and am trying something new! Hoping to be of help to others. I have taken classes involving stress management and have some experience with lessons taught within those classes.

My teaching method is relationship-based. Because stress is an every day obstacle and is different for each individual, it is important to me to have a good, safe relationship with those I teach. It is a goal of mine to help set and achieve goals with those I teach. Lessons are not strictly webcam taught. I want my lessons to be taught in an environment most comfortable for my students.
