About Joshua
I have just finished Y13 at Queen Mary's Grammar School, having achieved 11 9s at GCSE and offers from Cambridge and Imperial for Medicine.
I took the 11+ in 2019, achieving 385/400 in the Walsall Queen Mary's test (96%) and 266/280 in the Birmingham Schools test (95%). My experience has given me a thorough understanding of how to effectively prepare for the 11+, which I will use to help students to achieve highly.
Teaching is something that I find very rewarding- I have already gained experience of tutoring through my school and have really enjoyed seeing students learn and improve!

I am offering 1 hour 11+ sessions, suitable for more experienced students, or complete beginners!
I aim to break down each of the sections of the test with students, helping them to understand the necessary skills for Maths, English, Verbal Reasoning and Non-Verbal Reasoning. I work with students to help them to identify their strengths and weaknesses and provide students with specific strategies to improve their speed and accuracy, so that they can do their very best in the 11+!
